Why not StreamYard and YouTube? Or a webinar platform?
Both get your video out, and we use StreamYard and YouTube ourselves. The difference is the page around the video, knowing who watched, and what reaches HubSpot after the event.
| Topic | StreamYard + YouTube | Webinar platform | Keepstage |
|---|---|---|---|
| Where people watch | youtube.com, next to suggested videos | The vendor’s interface, with your logo | Your site, your design |
| Who watched | Anonymous view counts | Registrants and attendees | Each signed-in attendee, with consent |
| Questions | Public chat, gone after the stream | A Q&A panel, exported as a CSV | Private until published, tied to who asked |
| HubSpot | Nothing arrives | A sync, if someone configures it | Attendance, consents and clicks, after the event |
| After the event | One “thanks for joining” | Dashboards and exports | A Call Sheet for sales (follow-up matrix by lifecycle stage, in HubSpot), a Next Act for product (product roadmap from audience questions, with quotes) |
If you run webinars every week, keep your platform and add Keepstage After-Show.
FAQ
Common questions.
Something else? Ask it on the call.
We already use Zoom, ON24 or Livestorm. Do we have to switch?
No. If your platform exports attendees and Q&A, keep it and add After-Show. Live is for the events you want entirely on your own site, with every question tied to a named attendee.
Does it work with YouTube Live or LinkedIn Live?
Not on their own: neither tells you who asked what, so follow-ups by segment aren’t possible. Keep streaming to YouTube and run it through Keepstage Live; the sign-in on your site provides the identity.
Can’t we just do this with ChatGPT?
You can summarise a webinar with ChatGPT. What takes the day is joining each question to who asked it, their lifecycle stage and their open deal, choosing the right follow-up, and writing it back into HubSpot so owners act on it. That’s the part Keepstage does, and a person reviews every item.
Every Keepstage Live event includes After-Show.
Tell us about your next event, or the webinar you just ran. Twenty minutes, no slides, and a fixed quote within 24 hours.
